How do I use my Sticky Jams?

Just flip open the top, place your earbud in between the foam, fold it back over, and slide your Sticky Jam into your headgear (left or right side, whichever you prefer).

How many Sticky Jams come in a single pack?

One SJU (that's Sticky Jam Unit) per single pack. That means you can have one ear for your music, and one free to hear your friends and coaches.

How do I wash my Sticky Jams?

Firstly, remember to remove your wireless headphones from your Sticky Jam! The most effective way to clean Sticky Jams is to hand wash gently with mild soap and lay flat to dry. Once it dries, it'll be good to go!

How do I track my order?

You should have received an email from us with tracking info about your package. If you can't find it, feel free to email us your order number and we will resend it!

It's been over a week and I still haven't received my Sticky Jam, and my tracker hasn't updated at all. What gives?

We're very sorry for that. Please understand that Sticky Jams has no control over the United States Postal Service nor its employees, and there is very little we can do to hurry up the process once it has been shipped. If you are concerned about your order's whereabouts and/or the speed at which it is arriving to you, feel free to update us on your situation and we'll see what can be done.
